Just wanted to give you some positive feedback about our experience with you last week on Wednesday.
Firstly, I would like to say a big thank-you to Nathan (Driver from the airport) for his extreme patience and helping to get everyone on the bus! Due to the weather, some of the flights were delayed and things did not go as smoothly as planned, however the staff have conveyed to me how good Nathan was.
He got out of the bus and went into the airport & rounded everyone up and communicated with me back at the office. We were all impressed; he helped make a stressful situation easier which is great. Our driver later in the afternoon (I believe it was Alex?) was also great, on time & polite.
Overall we were very happy with the service you and your staff gave us and will certainly be telling anyone who needs bus services in the future to consider using your company.
