Frequently Asked Questions about our services

 

Q. Can we drive the coaches or mini coaches with our own driver?

A. No, we don't offer rental services.

 

Q. Are we allowed to eat and drink in the coaches?

A. No, there is no eating or drinking allowed on any of our coaches...bottled water is permitted.

 

Q. Can we drink alcohol on the bus?

A. Absolutley not, there is no alcohol allowed on the coach at any time including unopened alcohol.

 

Q. Do you do party buses, bucks nights and hens nights etc?

A. No

 

Q. How late do you work?

A. Our opeartions cease at midnight back at our depot.

 

Q. How many people can we get in the coaches?

A. Our vehicle capacities range from one (1) to fifty two (52) passengers.

 

Q. Do you allow standing passengers?

A. No, under NSW law all passengers must be seated to one seat per person.

    Colin I wanted to let you know about the great service we received from your drivers Jasmine and Tom.
    Firstly after she had dropped us off Jasmine texted me the name of the driver who would be picking us up so that I could contact him. Then I had left an overnight bag in the bus that Jasmine drove and didn't realize this until some hours had passed by.
    Jasmine, even though off duty drove back to the restaurant in her own vehicle to deliver it to me.
    Excellent and thoughtful service Colin.
