Our core fleet is built around full size coaches of 48, 53, 57 and 62 seats, supported by 12, 20, 24 and 28 seat vehicles for VIP transfers, speaker runs and smaller breakout groups. We are an accredited bus and coach operator in New South Wales. Our drivers hold NSW driver authorities and Working With Children Checks, and vehicles fitted with seatbelts can be confirmed when you book. The office team has arranged group transport across Sydney for many years and understands the practical side of the job: loading zones, set-down timing, luggage space, access for guests with limited mobility and the reality of Friday afternoon traffic on the Harbour Bridge.

How We Plan a Multi-Coach Movement
A large group transfer succeeds or fails in the planning. When you send us an event brief, we work through the same sequence every time.
- Headcount and timing. We match the number of guests to coach sizes, allowing spare seats for late additions. As a guide, 150 guests fit on three 53 seat coaches, and 240 guests fit on four 62 seat coaches.
- Pick-up and set-down points. We check where a full size coach can legally stop at each hotel, office tower and venue, and agree a backup point in case a loading zone is blocked.
- Departure waves. For big numbers we stagger coaches a few minutes apart so guests are not left queuing on a footpath, and so the venue receives arrivals at a steady pace.
- Driver briefing. Every driver receives the same run sheet with times, addresses, contact names and the order of stops, so each coach runs to the plan.
- On the day. Our office stays reachable for the whole job. If a session runs late or a flight is delayed, we adjust departures and keep your coordinator informed.

Common Questions from Event Planners
How far ahead should we book coaches for a conference?
For large conferences and end of year functions, booking as early as your dates are confirmed is wise, because November and December fill quickly. Smaller charters can often be arranged at shorter notice, so call us to check availability.
Can you supply several coaches for one event?
Yes. Multi-coach work is our focus. We can run several coaches on one timetable, stagger departures from different hotels and assign a lead driver who liaises with your event team.
How is a coach quote worked out?
Quotes are based on the vehicle, the date, the time of day and the total hours from depot to depot, not on a per person rate. A 53 seat coach costs the same whether 35 or 53 guests travel, which is why matching vehicle size to headcount matters.
Do your drivers wait between venues?
On a charter booking your coach and driver stay with the group for the booked hours, so they can wait outside a venue, move between sites and bring everyone back at the end of the day.
